We’ve designed MBPM to be straightforward and intuitive to operate, even for the least tech-savvy of users.

However if you’d like the reassurance of user training, we offer a number of options including:

Web-based seminars
Face-to-face training for individuals or groups, structured according to your specific requirements; either at your premises, or in-house at our offices in Pinner, north-west London

And if you hit a problem using MBPM, or simply want to talk something through with an expert, we provide jargon-free telephone and email support: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.
